CHITA is an organization that acts as a healthcare information technology (HIT) home in Washington State. We are a convener bringing people together to share information and stories about how they use technology in healthcare. We do this through educational forums, online communities, and tools such as glossaries and ‘how-to’ guides and “lessons learned from the HIT trenches.”
Recent social and economic movements, especially around the Federal Stimulus Package, have brought new and renewed energy around health information technology. CHITA, as a convener and as an education provider, is able to provide resources to help you and your organization in many ways.
